research, which were crafted by the AU's lobbyist and submitted to the Federal Register in November
2004. We have previously reported to members that we are seeking a variance as we are a carefully
self-regulated national organization and promote the proper and humane care of the registered,
pedigreed homing pigeon.
The USDA has indicated they are making a review of all comments
posted to the Federal Register and will be providing a summary. When that summary is available, we
will advise members.
